Job Summary
Shree Powder Coating is looking for a Chemist to manage and monitor pretreatment chemicals, tank maintenance, and process quality in the powder coating plant. The role ensures proper chemical balance and supports production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain pretreatment tanks and chemical solutions
- Check and maintain pH levels, concentration, and chemical dosing
- Conduct regular chemical testing and analysis
- Ensure proper degreasing, phosphating, and rinsing processes
- Maintain chemical records and process reports
- Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain coating quality
- Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals and pretreatment processes
Basic titration experiments
- Ability to perform pH testing and chemical analysis
- Basic knowledge of surface treatment and coating processes
- Good documentation and observation skills

12Th (Science),
Diploma(Chemical eng.)
Experience
Fresher or 1-2 years
