1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and market mapping.
- Promote and sell Eicher commercial vehicles (LCV/HCV) to individuals and fleet owners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain a database of customers for future business opportunities.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes in the market.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
4. Field Work & Lead Generation:
- Conduct regular field visits, cold calling, and door-to-door campaigns.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads from transport hubs, industrial areas, and logistics companies.
5. Coordination & Documentation:
- Coordinate with the finance team for vehicle loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation for sales, registration, and delivery.
- Work closely with service and CRM teams for smooth customer handover.
6. Delivery & After-Sales Support:
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery to customers.
- Explain basic vehicle usage and maintenance guidelines.
- Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicles and market dynamics
- Ability to work in field sales and meet targets
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also be considered
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
