Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and nurture relationships with key influencers in the construction industry such as masons, IBHs (Independent Building Handlers), contractors, engineers, and other industry professionals to generate leads.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote Jindal Panther TMT products to construction professionals and stakeholders. Provide detailed product information and ensure that potential clients are informed about the benefits and uses of the products.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, including competitor activity, to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Field Activities: Conduct regular site visits, follow-up meetings, and on-ground activities to generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients in the assigned locations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and ensure alignment with overall company goals and sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to clients, answer queries, and resolve issues related to the products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Maintain records of leads, visits, customer interactions, and sales activities. Provide regular updates to the management team regarding progress and challenges faced in the field.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the building material industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, especially with influencers in the construction sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to achieve sales targets.
