Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to manage client relationships, support business development activities, and ensure consistent service delivery. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline by connecting with prospective customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and follow-ups
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to present company services
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client appointments and service delivery
- Evaluate client requirements and assist in converting enquiries into business opportunities
- Maintain and update enquiry and client records regularly
- Support business growth through consistent client engagement
- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR)
- Work towards achieving assigned business and client retention goals
Eligibility & Experience
- Experience in membership sales, insurance sales, real estate sales, or direct sales will be an advantage
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused approach with a business mindset
- Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly
- Fluent in Malayalam and English Mandatory
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
