Summary:
The role involves both acquiring new customers and managing existing client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The role is target-driven and requires strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales and field visits to generate new business opportunities
- Develop new customers through cold calling, market visits, and networking
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Convert leads into successful business closures
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals with clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Maintain sales reports and update management on daily/weekly performance
- Work under target-driven environment and handle pressure effectively
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales / outside sales
- Ability to handle both new and existing customers
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 1–3 years experience preferred
- Willingness for field work is mandatory
