Role Summary
The Visualizer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for advertising and digital campaigns. The role involves working closely with the creative team to transform ideas into engaging visual content.
KRA: Task / Activities
· Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for agency projects.
· Create designs, layouts, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account teams.
· Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
· Adapt and revise artwork based on feedback.
KPI: Performance Metrics
· Quality and creativity of visual concepts.
· Timely delivery of design outputs.
· Accuracy in following brand guidelines.
· Client satisfaction and approval rate.
· Collaboration and communication efficiency.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Creative thinking and strong visualization skills
· Knowledge of digital content formats.
· Familiarity with branding, typography, and layout design.
· Ability to work on motion graphics (added advantage).
