About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of how work moves at TLPC. This isn't a coordination role — it's an operations leadership role. You'll drive delivery, manage client relationships, and build the systems that keep a high-performance studio running at speed without sacrificing quality.
If you're someone who can hold a room, make hard calls on priorities, and still care deeply about the details — this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements — from scoping and kickoff to final handoff — without requiring escalation.
- Define and enforce timelines, milestones, and delivery standards across design, development, and content teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify systemic bottlenecks and proactively build or improve processes to eliminate recurring blockers.
- Lead project retrospectives and translate learnings into operational improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and studio-wide delivery health.
- Drive accountability across teams — not just track tasks, but ensure outcomes.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a design, tech, or digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
- Strong client-facing skills — you can manage expectations, push back diplomatically, and build long-term trust.
- Systems thinker: you don't just solve today's problem; you build the process that prevents tomorrow's.
- Proficiency with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent — and the judgment to know when to adapt them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort working async in a fast-moving team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
