Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, quotations, and project updates.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project processes.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain records of client communications, discussions, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct site visits and collect project information.
- Prepare design briefs and hand over requirements to the design team.
- Present design concepts, materials, and finishes to clients.
- Coordinate with designers, estimators, and project teams.
- Follow up on quotations and project approvals.
- Assist in project planning and client communication.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Relevant experience in interior design consultation or sales preferred.
