We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a healthy hiring pipeline. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)
Pay: ₹450,000.00 per year
