Role Overview:
We are engaging Software Engineers and Developers to contribute to high-paying global projects building Reinforcement Learning Environments for next-generation AI models using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
In this role, you will create software engineering tasks to test AI models on complex coding, debugging, refactoring, and performance tuning scenarios.
No prior AI/ML experience required — your strong coding skills, data structures knowledge, and problem-solving domain expertise are what matter most!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and golden reference solutions for coding challenges.
- Create tasks involving bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Test AI agents' ability to discover, reason over, and solve technical problems using MCP tools.
- Provide high-quality inputs that shape how next-generation AI systems learn and perform.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in at least one core programming language: Python, C++, Java, Rust, TypeScript, or GoLang.
- Deep understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Performance Tuning.
- Practical experience in debugging complex software issues and building maintainable code.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
