Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and specialized testing on polymer materials using:
- Universal Testing Machine (UTM) – Tensile, flexural, and elongation testing.
- Melt Flow Index (MFI) Tester – Flow rate of thermoplastics.
- Impact Tester (Izod/Charpy) – Resistance to impact.
- CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) Tester – Electrical tracking resistance.
- Dielectric Strength Tester – Insulation performance under high voltage.
- Color Spectrophotometer – Color consistency and delta values.
- Rockwell Hardness Tester – Surface hardness measurement.
- HDT (Heat Deflection Temperature) Tester – Thermal resistance.
- Record and analyze test data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment as per schedule.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and customer-specific standards.
- Coordinate with production and R&D for material approvals and quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits with required data and reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
