Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, manage technicians and service staff, ensure quality service, and achieve workshop performance targets. The candidate should maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth workflow in the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop and service center operations
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, and service advisors
- Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Plan and allocate work to technicians efficiently
- Monitor spare parts usage and workshop tools
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and 5S activities in workshop
- Handle customer complaints and technical issues
- Achieve workshop revenue and productivity targets
- Prepare daily/monthly service reports
- Ensure staff discipline and attendance management
- Coordinate with showroom and spare parts department
Required Skills

- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Automobile or related field
- Relevant workshop experience preferred
Experience
- 3 to 8 years in automobile workshop/service operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
