Position Overview:
The Sales and Customer Support Representation (USA Market) is responsible for generating revenue through outbound communications to U.S.-based customers during U.S. business hours (night shift India time). In addition to lead generation and sales, this role supports all sales operations, assists with order fulfillment coordination, and maintains ongoing relationships to serve future customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research U.S-based company websites gathering key lead information.
- Generate qualified appointments for the U.S. sales team through outbound communications to U.S.-based leads.
- Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to U.S.-based existing customers.
- Present services and products clearly and persuasively.
- Schedule video and in-person appointments for the outside sales team
- Handle objections and close sales professionally.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately.
- Confirm payment processing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bechules degree
- Light Indian accent.
- Read, and write clearly and professionally in English.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Willingness to work night shift aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission and performance incentives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
