About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Junior Architects to join our growing team. The candidate will get an opportunity to work on architectural design, planning, redevelopment projects, drawings, documentation and statutory approvals.
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided on DCPR, development regulations and other statutory processes, making this a good opportunity for candidates who want to develop practical knowledge and build their career in architecture.
Qualification
- B.Arch from a recognized university/institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other design software will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design and preparation of drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Assist with 3D modelling, presentations and design development.
- Participate in site visits, measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Assist in DCPR, statutory approvals and project documentation.
