Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in Vehicle Loan Documentation to support end-to-end loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for document verification, loan file processing, compliance, and coordination with credit, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and scrutinize vehicle loan application documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure KYC, income, and collateral documents comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Disbursement teams for seamless loan processing.
Prepare and maintain loan documentation and customer records.
Process loan files within defined TAT and ensure timely disbursement.
Track pending documents and follow up with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with RBI, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Maintain MIS reports and update loan management systems.
Resolve documentation-related discrepancies and customer queries.
Support branch operations and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Operations or Documentation within an NBFC, Bank, or Vehicle Finance company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
