Customer Support Executive (Telugu)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive (CSE) who is fluent in Telugu to join our team at Sitra, Coimbatore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Telugu-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from Telugu-speaking customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints or queries effectively, escalating complex issues to the respective teams when necessary.
- Information Management: Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the internal CRM/database.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets, including call quality standards, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu is mandatory. Proficiency in English or Tamil is a strong advantage.
- Education: Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in domestic BPO/Customer Support roles are welcome to apply.
- Skills: * Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing skills, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus).
Job Details & Benefits
- Job Location: Sitra, Coimbatore (In-office role)
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 Take-Home (TH) per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
