**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused **Project Engineer** to manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, cost management, vendor coordination, and adherence to design specifications.
This role requires strong site supervision skills, technical understanding of interior works, and the ability to coordinate between designers, vendors, and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Project Execution & Site Management
* Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
* Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
2. Coordination
* Coordinate with:
* Interior Designers
* Contractors & Vendors
* Consultants
* Clients
* Resolve on-site issues proactively.
* Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
3. Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all materials and workmanship meet company quality standards.
* Implement safety procedures and maintain site discipline.
* Verify measurements and ensure BOQ compliance.
4. Cost Control & Documentation
* Monitor project budget and material consumption.
* Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
* Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily site logs.
* Validate contractor bills and work completion reports.
5. Procurement & Vendor Management
* Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery.
* Evaluate vendor performance.
* Track material usage and minimize wastage.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Construction.
* 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Interior materials
* False ceiling, carpentry, flooring, MEP coordination
* BOQ & estimation
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic working knowledge preferred).
* Strong site execution and supervision skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
