Our core verticals include CA Firms, Legal Practices, Web-Services Agencies, and IT MSPs. Unlike traditional SaaS platforms that charge a punitive "per-user tax," GroviaOS offers an Unlimited Users pricing model, billing clients purely on the scale of their managed operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our founding sales team. This is not a "corporate management" job; it is a high-velocity, end-to-end sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, chasing free-trial signups, conducting sharp product demonstrations, and converting prospects into active paid subscribers across our Starter, Growth, and Business tiers.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Outbound Sniping: Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp networks, and professional directories to identify and target managing partners at CA firms, law practices, and digital agencies.
- Speed-to-Lead Inbound Triage: Own the free-trial pipeline. Contact new trial signups within 5 minutes of registration to drive engagement, activate their accounts, and reduce time-to-value.
- Vertical-Specific Demonstrations: Conduct highly contextual 15-minute Zoom/Google Meet product walkthroughs. You must be able to pivot your pitch seamlessly between a CA (highlighting GST reconciliation) and a lawyer (highlighting e-Courts case tracking).
- Asynchronous Video Outreach: Record personalized, 60-second video audits (using tools like Loom) to show prospects exactly how GroviaOS solves their specific operational inefficiencies.
- Deal Closing & Onboarding: Overcome friction by selling our "Concierge Data Migration" service, coordinating with our engineering team to safely transfer client data from legacy Excel or Tally systems into GroviaOS.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven success closing deals in B2B SaaS, IT services, or digital products, preferably selling directly to Indian SMBs or independent professionals.
- Communication Skills: Flawless verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to speak comfortable, professional Hindi to connect with local business owners.
- Tech-Savvy Nature: Rapidly adapt to new digital tools. You must become a power user of the GroviaOS platform, its companion mobile applications, and internal CRM tracking systems within your first week.
- The Hustle Factor: Comfortable making 40–50 high-intent cold or warm touches a day (calls, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn follow-ups) and working under strict 90-day subscription growth targets.
