We're Hiring | Food Technician – Production & Quality At Hektapy, we make clean, honest food — single-origin honey, premium healthy cookies, spices, ghee, and herbal beverages crafted from toxin-free ingredients sourced directly from trusted farmers. As we scale our manufacturing operations, we're looking for a passionate and hands-on Food Technician who will own our entire production floor — from raw material intake to finished product.
What You'll Own
→ End-to-end production planning and execution
→ Labour management — scheduling, training, and day-to-day supervision of the production team
→ Quality control — ensuring every batch meets our standards for purity, taste, and safety
→ Raw material inspection and inventory management
→ SOPs — creating and maintaining standard operating procedures → Compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
→ Identifying and fixing bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce waste ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We're Looking For
→ Degree/diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
→ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing unit → Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines
→ Experience managing a production team or factory floor → Attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
→ Proactive, ownership-driven attitude — someone who doesn't wait to be told
Bonus If You Have
→ Experience in natural/organic or clean-label food products
→ Knowledge of honey processing, cookies/biscuits, or spice manufacturing
→ ISO 22000 or HACCP awareness
