Role description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise and experience supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, automation, and operational excellence. The role focuses on building and maintaining reliable AWS environments, improving deployment processes, supporting production operations, and ensuring platform security and availability. Candidates should be comfortable working in a support-oriented environment with participation in incident management and on-call activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes in AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to enable secure, scalable, and repeatable cloud deployments.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance and implement health checks to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Automate operational tasks, including log monitoring and system health validation, to proactively identify issues.
- Support production environments through troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions across cloud infrastructure components.
- Implement and support AWS security services, including data protection and monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using established change management and incident management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support critical deployments when required.
