Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor (Ossein & DCP) to oversee day-to-day production activities in our Gelatine Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations in the Ossein & DCP manufacturing process.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions when required.
- Lead and guide production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a production department.
- Prior experience in the Gelatine Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including:
- Pumps
- Conveyors
- Dryers (Burner, ID & FD Fans, Bag Filters)
- Centrifugal Machines
- Air Blowers
- Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
