Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Provide L2/L3 operational support on TSO/TSCO/TSSA/TSNA/BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs
- Experience in L3 Support, Administration, and Development is essential.
- Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
- Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports
- Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, and integration issues.
- Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
- Recommend & plan upgrades/patches and roll out of new features
- Assist customer drive adoption of the monitoring solution across the environments
- Work closely with Service Owners to review service delivery quality with a focus on continuous improvement
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra
