This is a full-time Remote / Hybrid Job at Dream Designers. Dream Designers is looking for an experienced and visionary Design Head to lead our design team and oversee the successful execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete design process, mentoring designers, ensuring design excellence, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in Revit, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency across all design deliverables.
It is 9am to 6pm job, sundays are off, 1 leave per month & some national holidays are provided.
Note: High Performance Pc with good Wifi connection is must required with the candidate for remote working. *Salary will range between 30,000Rs. to 50,000Rs. per month, depending on candidate's knowledge & skills.*
Job Responsibilities
*Lead the design team while actively contributing to the design and development of key residential and commercial projects.
*Research and curate design inspirations, emerging trends, materials, furniture, and finishes.
*Prepare and review floor plans, working drawings, detailed Revit models, interior concepts, false ceiling designs, furniture layouts, and façade designs for high-priority / premium projects.
*Guide and mentor junior designers throughout the design process.
*Review 3D visualizations, and presentations to ensure quality and consistency.
*Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
*Manage the overall design workflow and prioritize projects based on timelines.
*Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
* Ensure all design deliverables align with the firm's quality standards and client expectations.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other team members for seamless project execution.
*Resolve design challenges and support the team in making technical and aesthetic decisions.
*Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and design innovations.

Qualifications
- A degree / diploma in Architecture/ Engineering or Interior Design is preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling for Interior Designing & making Facade of a structure in Revit.
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction field (min. 5 years experience in using Revit Architecture is a must )
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
