- Drive end-to-end recruitment for CXO, leadership and critical positions.
- Prepare JDs, coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.
- Maintain leadership talent pipeline and recruitment MIS.
- HR Projects & Governance
- Drive strategic HR initiatives assigned by the PC-HR
- Track action items, prepare MOMs and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with business leaders and plant HR teams.Policies, SOPs & Systems
- Draft HR policies, SOPs and process documents .
- Support HRMS/ERP implementation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate PMS cycles and HR transformation initiatives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
