The Role
We are looking for 5 to 10 highly motivated Sales and Marketing Interns to join our team for a 3 to 6-month period. This is a performance-based internship with a direct pathway to a permanent, full-time position. If you are passionate about education, have a knack for digital branding, and love connecting with people, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. You will get hands-on experience in lead generation, B2B/B2C outreach, and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to schools, educational institutions, and prospective students to build strong pipelines.
- Brand Amplification: Help strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility.
- Market Research: Gather data on international education trends, study abroad opportunities, and scholarship pathways to refine our sales pitches.
- Relationship Building: Support the team in communicating with key stakeholders, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
- Content & Strategy: Collaborate on creating engaging promotional materials, presentations, and marketing copy.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, "hustler" mentality with a strong desire to prove yourself and secure a long-term role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (specifically LinkedIn and Instagram) and basic knowledge of digital branding.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
