Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Job posting on LinkedIn & Naukri.com, Indeed.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for quick closures
- Manage onboarding, attendance & HR operations
- Handle employee engagement and queries
Requirements:
- 3–4 years HR experience (IT hiring preferred)
- Comfortable in startup environment
