We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Reporting to build visibility, control, and competitive advantage through world-class reporting. This is a true build-and-scale mandate.As we scale rapidly, reporting is becoming the backbone of decision velocity. You’ll design a reporting engine that is fast, accurate, automated, and leadership/board-ready. Location: Yeshwanthpur, BengaluruWhat you’ll drive· Build and scale a financial reporting framework across entities and functions· Own investor and board-grade reporting packs (monthly/quarterly) with clear narratives· Develop forecasting and variance models that enable proactive decisions· Create real-time dashboards for leadership (KPIs, unit economics, cash, working capital)· Automate data flows across ERP, BI and source systems; reduce manual effort and errors· Establish governance, controls and data integrity standards (single source of truth)Who we’re looking for· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–8 years in statutory reporting, regulatory compliance and consolidation· Experience in high-growth, PE-backed and/or IPO readiness environments· Strong systems orientation (ERP + BI + automation mindset)· Hands-on SAP experience (must-have)· Ability to operate at CXO speed with strong executive communication· High ownership; comfortable in ambiguity and low-supervision setupsNice to have· Power BI (or similar) dashboard development experience· Exposure to data warehousing/ETL concepts and finance data modeling· Prior experience building reporting packs from scratchWhat you’ll get· High visibility with leadership and meaningful ownership of outcomes· Opportunity to build a reporting and controls backbone for a fast-scaling business· A seat at the table on forecasting, performance management and strategic decisions
