As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective and efficient solutions. The role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating those into actionable business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives collaborative discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design. This position ensures that the technology and business solutions developed align closely with the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational outcomes across various projects and teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve integration challenges and optimize workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architectures and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms and tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data processing workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages commonly used in data engineering.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
