We are looking for a Sales Trainer & Quality Auditor to improve consultation quality, client experience, conversion rates, and sales performance across both clinic counsellors and appointment/call center teams.
The role involves auditing calls and consultations, identifying performance gaps, conducting training programs, role plays, certifications, and ensuring consistent implementation of the Gleuhr consultation playbook.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Train clinic counsellors and appointment teams on consultation excellence.
- Conduct induction training for new hires.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
- Organize role plays, assessments, and certifications.
- Improve objection handling, communication, rapport building, and closing skills.
Audit & Quality Control
- Audit consultation calls and clinic consultations.
- Evaluate performance using company-defined scorecards and rubrics.
- Identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
- Submit audit reports with actionable feedback.
- Ensure adherence to consultation playbooks and SOPs.
Performance Improvement
- Work closely with Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Heads.
- Create improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Monitor implementation of training recommendations.
- Track pre- and post-training performance improvements.
Consultation Excellence
- Improve:
- Discovery and need analysis

- Client experience standards
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain training records and scorecards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
