Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified lead acquisition for our luxury real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and qualifying prospective buyers and investors through digital platforms, outbound outreach, and strategic networking initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Acquisition & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, Google campaigns, property portals, referrals, and networking channels.
- Identify potential HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor prospects interested in luxury real estate and second-home investments.
- Build and maintain a robust lead database across multiple geographies.
- Conduct outbound calling, WhatsApp outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting activities.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals, lifestyle preferences, and budget requirements.
- Qualify leads based on project suitability and investment potential.
- Schedule meetings, virtual presentations, property tours, and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
CRM & Data Management
- Ensure timely updating of lead information and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Digital Lead Management
- Manage inbound inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website forms, landing pages, and property portals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track and optimize response times to improve customer engagement.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Identify emerging markets, investment trends, and buyer preferences in the luxury real estate segment.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Provide insights to improve targeting and customer acquisition efforts.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telesales, or real estate marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling premium clientele and high-value transactions is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and lead management tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and real estate portals.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead nurturing processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Luxury Real Estate, Holiday Homes, Villas, Land Investments, or Wealth Advisory.
- Ability to engage professionally with HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, and business owners.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
