Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and business engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Handle email correspondence, official communications, and business documentation on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, business summaries, and management updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics.
- Maintain confidential records, contracts, agreements, and important business documents.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on management directives.
- Assist with office administration, event coordination, and operational activities.
- Support business planning, data management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication and efficient information flow across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
- Prior experience supporting Directors, Founders, or Senior Management is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office administration, documentation, business correspondence, and executive coordination.
- Experience in the manufacturing, trading, or industrial sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
