Job Summary
We are hiring Delcam Engineers with experience in CNC programming and CAM software. The candidate will be responsible for generating optimized machining programs, supporting tool room operations, and improving machining efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs using Delcam/PowerMILL software.
- Develop machining strategies for molds, dies, and precision components.
- Generate and verify tool paths.
- Optimize machining cycle times and productivity.
- Support CNC operators and manufacturing teams.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality and production schedules.
- Maintain machining documentation and records.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Delcam/PowerMILL.
- Knowledge of CNC machining and tooling.
- Understanding of mold, die, and component manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹1,412,177.55 per year
