Key Responsibilities
- Raw Material Checks: Inspect incoming kraft paper rolls for GSM (grams per square meter), moisture content, and reel damage before use.
- In-Process Monitoring: Check flute type, glue application, and board bonding strength (pin adhesion) while the corrugator machine runs.
- Finished Goods Testing: Test final sheets and boxes for Edge Crush Test (ECT), Bursting Strength (BS), Box Compression Test (BCT), and correct dimensions.
- Reject Defective Stock: Isolate, tag, and log any warped boards, weak flutes, or misprinted boxes.
- Reporting: Record test numbers, track waste rates, and write daily quality logs
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
