Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Food & Beverage to oversee daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and lead the team in delivering a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Catering, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Diploma in Catering Technology / Hotel Management may also apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocation.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
