About the Role:
We are looking for Business Development team at Performance Max, where you will learn the core aspects of business development and client acquisition for a digital marketing agency. This is a unique opportunity for those who are passionate about learning how to bring in new clients from various platforms and grow within the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
What You Will Learn:
- Understanding the core principles of business development.
- How to prospect, pitch, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
- Identifying potential leads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, direct outreach, etc.).
- Nurturing client relationships to ensure successful partnerships.
- Working with digital marketing tools and strategies to support the sales process.
- Contributing to the growth of the agency through lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities across different platforms.
- Engage with potential clients through cold outreach (calls, emails, etc.).
- Present digital marketing services effectively to prospective clients.
- Assist in client onboarding and coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business growth.
