Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate new business opportunities, communicate with prospective clients, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone and through meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate, follow up, and qualify leads through calls, message, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – Spoken & Written.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing/persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Business Development and Sales Strategy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
