About Us:
7AD Initiatives is launching a premium, modern car care and detailing hub near Kochi. We combine modern cleaning technology with premium detailing products to offer flawless automotive care. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Center Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee the entire floor workflow, managing vehicle check-ins, wash queues, and conducting strict final quality inspections before vehicle handover.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of detailing technicians and washing staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Customer Relations: Greet walk-in clients, assess their vehicle requirements, upsell premium packages (ceramic coatings, PPF, interior deep cleaning), and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels of premium car care chemicals, microfiber cloths, and equipment to ensure zero operational downtime.
- Business Growth: Assist management in local marketing initiatives, corporate fleet tie-ups, and achieving weekly/monthly revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience managing operations in a car wash hub, automobile dealership, service center, or high-paced retail/hospitality environment.
- Driving Credentials: Must hold a valid comprehensive Indian Driving License (MCWG & LMV / Transport). The candidate must be highly confident in riding/driving and parking everything from high-end premium motorcycles to large luxury SUVs and multi-utility vehicles.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam; professional working proficiency in English is required to interact with premium clients.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including peak operational hours on weekends.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a foundational knowledge of modern passenger cars.
- Location: Candidates must be residing in or within an easy commuting distance of Kochi, Kerala.
