Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners
* Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on sales, product knowledge, VM basics, and customer service
* Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to store teams
* Identify training needs and skill gaps through store visits and audits
* Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
* Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS
* Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for training calendars
Required Skills
* Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes
* Ability to engage frontline retail staff effectively
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to travel across stores
Qualification & Experience:
* Graduate preferred
* 4-6 years of experience in retail training or store operations
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
