About the Opportunity
A Premier Child Development Centre located in Edappally, Kochi is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation team. The centre provides comprehensive developmental, behavioral, and therapeutic services for children with diverse developmental and neurological needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess children with developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and learning challenges.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical assessments and developmental goals.
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities, Sensory Processing Disorders, and other pediatric conditions.
- Implement sensory integration and fine motor skill development programs.
- Train children in activities of daily living (ADL) and functional independence skills.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate and counsel parents regarding home-based therapy activities and developmental support strategies.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, physiotherapists, and pediatricians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case discussions, therapy planning, and developmental evaluations.

Eligibility
- BOT or MOT qualification from a recognized institution.
