Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing cum Telecalling Executive to join our study abroad consulting team. You will be responsible for attracting ambitious students through social media and digital channels, following up with inquiries via phone, and guiding them toward their dream of studying overseas (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.).
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in telecalling, education counseling support, or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging post updates, student testimonials, university highlights, and visa updates.
- Create basic promotional banners and short video reels using tools like Canva.
- Run and monitor basic social media lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads / WhatsApp Ads) targeting study-abroad aspirants.
- Assist in organizing webinars, educational fairs, or local outreach drives.
Telecalling & Student Engagement:
- Contact prospective students/parents who submit online inquiries or form fills.
- Explain various overseas study options, university intakes, scholarship opportunities, and admission procedures at a high level.
- Qualify leads and schedule one-on-one counseling appointments between students and senior study abroad consultants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain clean database logs in MS Excel / Google Sheets or CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (M.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Com, BA). Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, student lead handling, or social media management.
- Languages: Good command over English (for formal documentation/university information) and [Local Language, e.g., Tamil] (for convincing parents & students over phone calls).
- Skills: Familiarity with social media trends, basic Canva design skills, and comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Personality: Polite, patient, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking to students and parents with confidence.
