### Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
### Key Responsibilities: * Connect with potential customers through outbound calls.
* Understand customer requirements and explain products/services accordingly.
* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
### Eligibility Criteria: * Graduate in any discipline (UG candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in sales, telesales, or business development will be an added advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
