What This Role Is
Once a student joins NIHT, your job begins. You are their primary point of contact throughout their course journey — from Day 1 orientation to final placement coordination. You keep things running smoothly. You solve problems before they become complaints. You make students feel genuinely cared for.
This is not a sales role. You will not be chasing leads or converting inquiries. You manage the experience of students who are already enrolled and convince them to upgrade to a higher programs.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and onboard newly enrolled students - make their first day count
- Manage batch schedules, class timings, and any changes in coordination with faculty
- Be the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and day-to-day issues
- Follow up regularly with students to check on their progress and address any friction early
- Coordinate between students and faculty when issues arise
- Maintain accurate student records - attendance, progress notes, feedback
- Handle student complaints with patience and resolve them calmly and quickly
- Support placement coordination as students near course completion
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali - all three are essential; you'll use all three every day
- Genuinely warm personality - students from all walks of life should feel at ease with you immediately
- Patience, real patience - you'll handle the same question twenty times with the same smile
- Presence of mind - able to handle multiple students and situations at once without losing your composure
- Organised and reliable - schedules, follow-ups, and records must be kept accurately
- Comfortable with basic computer tools - MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and basic CRM or student management software
- Prior experience in student coordination, academic administration, or any people-facing role is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
