Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for Bright Computer Education. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building partnerships with colleges, designing marketing packages, organizing seminars, and expanding the institute’s reach in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT training programs.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and corporate training clients.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
2. College Tie-ups
- Establish partnerships with colleges for internships, workshops, and training programs.
- Coordinate with placement cells and training departments.
- Manage MoUs and collaboration agreements.
3. Seminar & Workshop Management
- Plan and organize seminars, career guidance sessions, and technical workshops in colleges and institutions.
- Represent the institute during educational events and presentations.
- Coordinate with faculty and marketing teams for seminar execution.
4. Marketing Strategy & Package Design
- Design attractive training packages and promotional offers for courses.
- Collaborate with marketing team for digital campaigns, social media promotions, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate leads through digital platforms, college visits, seminars, and referrals.
- Follow up with potential students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain CRM records and report performance metrics.
6. Brand Promotion
- Promote institute courses such as Software Development, Data Analytics, Tally, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations for training needs.
Required Skills:

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in education marketing, training institute, or business development preferred
