Job Description:
D’LIFE Interiors is looking for a Lead Analyst to manage customer interactions and support lead management processes. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and other channels
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products/services
- Assign and coordinate leads with relevant departments
- Manage client communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp groups)
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Prepare reports based on customer interactions
Requirements:
- Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in customer handling / support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Hindi Fluency Mandatory
