Who we’re looking for:

3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.

Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.

Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.

Assist recruiters to source the profile as per the given Job description and screen the profile, schedule an interview and follow up till the candidate joins the client's place.

Provide training to the recruiters and team members on sourcing technology and emerging skills & Technologies

Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and potential challenges.

Develop and manage client expectations and timelines, ensuring timely and successful placements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming to be seen as a trusted advisor for their IT recruitment needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
