Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Connect with Plus Two and Degree students and explain available courses
Provide career guidance and counselling to students and parents
Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain student enquiry records and update follow-up status
Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Ability to interact confidently with students and parents
Sales, counselling, or telecalling experience is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹15,509.40 - ₹37,538.93 per month
