Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Prepare manpower plan and maintain approved headcount tracker.
· Source candidates through job portals, consultants, NAPS, ITI colleges, and references.
· Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
· Coordinate interviews and finalize salary within approved budget.
· Issue offer letters after management approval.
· Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS reports.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
· Complete joining formalities and induction process.
· Collect and verify employee documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, Certificates).
· Process PF & ESI registration.
· Maintain employee personal files (physical & digital).
· Update HRMIS and employee master database.
3. Attendance & Payroll Management
· Monitor biometric attendance and shift records.
· Verify overtime (OT) and leave records.
· Prepare monthly payroll sheet including:
o Salary calculation
o OT
o Incentives
o Deductions (PF, ESI, PT, advances)
· Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
· Maintain strict payroll confidentiality.
4. Statutory Compliance
· Handle PF, ESI, PT and other statutory calculations and filings.
· Maintain statutory registers and records.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
· Support during inspections and audits.
5. Full & Final Settlement
· Process employee exit formalities.
· Prepare final settlement statements.
· Ensure timely clearance and documentation.
6. Reporting & Cost Control
· Prepare monthly manpower and payroll reports.
· Monitor manpower cost and overtime trends.
· Track attrition rate and hiring timelines.
· Support management with HR analytics and cost control measures.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
