Qualification
- B.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)
- OR
- D.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)
- RCI registration preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assess the educational and developmental needs of children with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy/educational sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials according to the child's abilities.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Support children in improving academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and other organizational activities as required.Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
