Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of generating quality leads and conversions through effective campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage lead generation, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
