We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR with proven experience in recruitment consultancy to handle end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Understand client hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve team targets.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
